Dock and Sip

A ninety minute dockside experience offered exclusively at The Wharf, Market Pier.  Menu  choices consist of:

SEA  |  Grilled, chilled & raw, local Chesapeake inspired and whimsically presented - oysters, scallop crudo with cherry blossom shoyu, poached shrimp and seasonal market “fresh catch” selections. 

FARM  |  Artisanal Charcuterie and Cheeses accompanied by gourmet accessories. A 17 pedestal dish displays selections such as hand crafted cheese “coral”, cured sweet coppa,  smoked tea mustardo and much more. 

VINEYARD  |  We offer a simple yet well curated wine program. featuring some of Frances best prestige Champagne, Sancerre, 1er Cru Chablis and  "Cru Classé" Provence Rosé
